7:20 am- biked to summer runs at Crow Creek and then went off on my own before it started hailing. Wasn't really feeling it today but oh well. Right hip was stiff from the beginning and then abs started bugging me about halfway through. Need to try to avoid the narrow sidewalks with lots of bumps and stick on the bike path. Hills just feel extra tough too. Glad I made it back before the downpour/hail/lightning. Waited a while after getting back and had popsicles (thanks Wheels) before almost beating the second round home. Tough getting up early, but great to have so much of the day left.
