      Yes, you should. Yeah Scott knows what he's doing with these workouts. It's definitely a good one for your mental toughness. You would get revamped a little after the third hill when jogging back down to the start but it was tough giving it your all every time. The last 5-10 minutes the downhills really start to hurt too. It was intense.
