    Ok... started the P90X today on top of being sore. Doing the lean program, 1st workout is Core Synergistics. Killed me, but pushed through.

      Core Synergistics is tough! In the Classic program it's thrown in during the recovery week and every time I do it I think to myself, "They call this recovery!?!?" Good luck with the program!

    Made myself run at the park even though I'm sore but it was cut short due to the kids getting hurt skating.

    Ran 2.5 miles at the park and walked 1 mile. Still have slight congestion in my lungs so could not do much today.
