I've felt like I really had to work hard to earn each and every mile of my runs the past two weeks. I was feeling nauseated and off all day so I was expecting another rough one but I actually felt great! I even got my favorite treadmill that's positioned perfectly under the AC vent.


I am sorry to hear its been rough lately! Hang in there - I know it will get better!

Thanks! There's still a lot I don't know about running but I've definitely learned to push through those rough patches because the reward will eventually be an awesome run and will be totally worth it!
