      Thanks! Next weekend is the Fort 4 Fitness half here in Ft. Wayne. I'll then be running the tower or terror 10 miler at Disney the next weekend and will cap it all off with the Columbus half. How could I not run Columbus? :) Will I be able to see you there?

    It was our last hill run of this training session. I didn't have my Garmin but it was roughly 1 mile warmup, 3 miles of hills and 1 mile cool down. It was rough but feels good to have it done.
