      Yeah, I probably would have cut down on my time by a good ten minutes if it were not for the sidewalks being blocked. I will have to re-enter it at 8 km in 30 minutes.

      My accomplishment of running after an eight month hiatus is significantly less amazing that your accomplishment of running after nine months of pregnancy and giving birth to King Leo.

      not just after preggers, but through the entire process too. ;) either way - coming back into running from anything (a hiatus, injury, etc) is always amazing to me - the body adapts so much and quite quick... :)

    Wow, did it get hot while walking. Also, my the battery on my telephone died, and with it my GPS tracking program (endomondo) at 6.49 km.

    After about three kilometres, I felt something go wrong in my right leg. I had to make a slow, half-limping, pace home.

      Thank you, Nicole! I am not going to run tonight. I can still feel the mishap when I go up or down stairs.
