Why zero, Leslie? Did you not feel like running before you went? Or was it going to be a rest day? Or hip pain? Anyway 7 IS a pretty good number!
about 1 month ago0 because of my mood. Most of the time I don't let circumstances get me down, but today was one of those days when life just wants to suck you back into bed. And yeah, I'm good with 7.
