Didn't want to go at all, and some physical issues are making everything difficult. (Not running related issues.) But I decided that I'd just go and see what I could do, with ZERO expectation of a pace or even a total distance (although 12 was the goal). And with that freedom, I was able to do exactly what I'd hoped to do! Body? TIRED! Mind? ELATED!
