    used public transport bike to be sure I could leave on time to catch the train home... to go to my Les MIlls Grit class in the evening!

    just for fun wanted to see how long it would take to get up the Dom Tower and back down again. Wasn't as tough as imagined but the legs were a bit shaky after coming down.

    last run and it was WINDY!! My hat blew off around 5.5KM! Legs pretty heavy in the beginning but I'm sure that's a lot to do with all the other activity I've done in the last week.

    saturday's are always a bit tough to get started, so in the beginning it was a struggle. Half way felt a lot better. Good Run all in all. 7K to go for the year :)
