LOL thanks!! It really does. I wish I didn't stop the first time. But i got sick like 3 times and never got back into it. Procrastination had a part too lol

Just keep at it.....soon you will find these workouts fun...its always difficult but once you feel good after a great workout - it keeps you going. :)

I get so winded doing this. It's a great workout tho. I guess my endurance will keep getting better. I guess I'm just wanting to be able to run thru the entire work out with out taking so many breaks in between

Beach 9 Far Rockaway 27 mi
27 miles! I rested a few times so it took long. It wasn't for speed just casual exercising. Gettin the heart pumping.... Wonder if I can still do insanity later

Again I am no expert on this program Nat, but I hear how much of a killer it is. I wouldn't mess with it if you don't have the replenish part of the program. *shrugs* just my opinion. You don't want to end up hurting yourself.

also side note... i got the insanity dvds.. so im gonna start using them very soon... just gotta get my tired bootie up in the AM so i can do this before work!

They will....more cardio at least three days a week for at least 45 minutes and pay attention to how you re-fuel. Sometimes after a workout you're super hungry but dont give into that hunger. Drink water, drink milk or chocolate milk and think about something good to eat thats lean protein and veggie. You're doing good :)

That's what's tough about loosing weight when you start a vigorous work out routine, but you have to remember that we don't need as much food as we are accostomed to believe...we do however need to eat a balanced meal....junk a little bit but it should be minimal. :)
