No running today and boy am I thankful my legs get the rest! Went to the gym and did core, chest, shoulders, back, bi's and tri's all with drop down sets of 12, 10, 8, 5, 3 all with 10 secs rest in-between. I think the Hubby secretly enjoys making me wince in pain.
