great Sore legs but good run 10.08 mi 01:19 07:48 pace

Rough to start with legs sore and stiff. Warmed up but after taking a pit stop at mile 4.5, it was tough to get going again. Felt good after mile 6 and finished strong. Hoping the legs recover in time for the 5k on Sat.
