Started at the Village and ran to the trail, did the Gateway loop, and then back to the Village. Inclines were tough- thought I'd be able to get through them w/o walking, but no such luck.

2.5 mile warmup; 10x400 at 85 secs with 200 recovery. Hit each interval on target or better but not without effort. All this marathon training has made me sssslllloooowwww!!! cool down.
