      i find it something like walking on lye!

    That was another great trail run through the Ganny. Thanks Lazer! It started with the rain, but turned into a nice day and the Hot Tub always feels nice after the run.

    That was a full gravel, barefoot, 4 x 2k with 30 to 60 sec. rest in between, workout. The gravel didn't bother me as much this time, but I am going to have to get used to these colder temps now.
