good Ptbo Corporate Run 10.22 km 00:48 07:36 pace

This was a fun run to do and I hope I can run it again next year. I ran it with my kilt in memory of a Scottish family member who recently passed away.

  3. RUN
good Pub Run 10 km 00:55 08:51 pace

I pushed on the speed and distance a little more than usual on this Pub Run since it might be the last run I do before the Corporate Run 10k race on Saturday.

  4. RUN
good Pub Run and a couple of Corpo... 11 km 01:05 09:30 pace

It was a bit of a damp run with heavy air this morning, so I kept it short for a Saturday long run. We opted to run the Pub Run route and add a couple of 2.5k Corporate Run loops. Thank you to Sall... read more

  5. RUN

I think I was still feeling the effects from Thursday's run.

  8. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 7.5 km 00:35 07:30 pace

I enjoyed the puddles and mud in the pouring rain. I just wasn't sure how my feet would do going that fast on the crushed gravel when they were so wet. It turns out they just got a very good s... read more

  9. RUN
great Pub Run 10 km 01:00 09:39 pace

That was another nice run tonight. The cooler dryer air makes me feel like I'm in better shape than I probably am.

  10. RUN
great Trent and Back 14 km 01:20 09:11 pace

The weather was cool to start with but felt good once we got running. Overall, this was a good run with good company.

  11. RUN
great Pub Run 10 km 00:56 09:00 pace

That was quite a swift pace for such a hot and humid afternoon. I definitely sweated off some weight and now I need to hydrate.

  12. RUN
great Trent and Back 15 km 01:40 10:43 pace

The weather was great for this long slow run.

  13. RUN
good Kessel Loop 5 km 00:30 09:39 pace

That was a very humid Kessel Run. I did the 3.3k run in 17:20. That's 20 seconds slower than two years ago but I was doing more running then.

  14. RUN
    Pub Run 10 km 00:53 08:31 pace

I was still pumped after doing 16k on Sat. that I hung out at the front of the pack with Andrea, Kim, Liz and Mark. The cooler air at 18°C helped too.

  15. VELO
good Downtown and Back Home 10 km 00:30 12.4mph pace

Saving money, reducing pollution, getting more exercise and enjoying the day.

  16. RUN
good Trent and Back 16.5 km 01:45 10:14 pace

It was a nice morning for running, so I thought I would start pushing my distance a bit. I had to walk a bit on the way back but I felt good about the run.

  17. RUN
great Pub Run 6.9 km 00:48 11:11 pace

I was hit in the gut with a grocery bag by a 'bag lady' on the street at the beginning of the run. I don't know if it was aggression or her way of flirting. Other than that, it was a... read more

  18. RUN
great Lindsay Milk Run 5 km 00:23 07:25 pace

That was about the time I expected. The air was cooler but the humidity did take its toll on my breathing.

  19. RUN

This was a shorter faster Pub Run in slightly cooler sunny weather and with good company.

  20. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 6.5 km 00:35 08:39 pace

This was a short but intense barefoot run on some very rough gravel. This kind of run will really keep you humble.
