    This was a shorter faster Pub Run in slightly cooler sunny weather and with good company.

    This was a short but intense barefoot run on some very rough gravel. This kind of run will really keep you humble.

    It was very humid after the rain, but I think I am handling the heat better now. I also slowed down when I needed to which helps.
