  4. RUN
great Pub Run 8.5 km 00:50 09:28 pace

That was another good weather run. I wanted to loosen my legs up from yesterday's race, but I found that I had to keep myself from running too fast. My body kept thinking I was still in a race... read more

  5. RUN
    great Brighton Applefest 5k 5 km 00:24 07:38 pace

I couldn't ask for much more. It was great weather and half of this race was on grass. I even got to run through a couple of mud puddles. I took first place in the Masters Div. and 10th place ... read more

  6. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 13 km 01:30 11:08 pace

It was a little tougher running on the gravel today. It was less than 48 hours since my last run on it and my feet were still a little tender so I modified the route back to the store. The new rout... read more

  7. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 8 km 00:50 10:03 pace

That was a full gravel, barefoot, 4 x 2k with 30 to 60 sec. rest in between, workout. The gravel didn't bother me as much this time, but I am going to have to get used to these colder temps now.

  9. RUN
good Ptbo Corporate Run 10.22 km 00:48 07:36 pace

This was a fun run to do and I hope I can run it again next year. I ran it with my kilt in memory of a Scottish family member who recently passed away.

  10. RUN
good Pub Run 10 km 00:55 08:51 pace

I pushed on the speed and distance a little more than usual on this Pub Run since it might be the last run I do before the Corporate Run 10k race on Saturday.

  11. RUN
good Pub Run and a couple of Corpo... 11 km 01:05 09:30 pace

It was a bit of a damp run with heavy air this morning, so I kept it short for a Saturday long run. We opted to run the Pub Run route and add a couple of 2.5k Corporate Run loops. Thank you to Sall... read more

  12. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 9 km 00:50 08:56 pace

Just another evening of intense crushed gravel therapy. I hope my feet will be recovered for the Saturday morning run.

  13. RUN
good Pub Run 8.5 km 01:00 11:21 pace

That was a tougher run than anticipated. Everyone was really feeling the increase in temperature and humidity.

  14. RUN
tired Short Trent Loop 10 km 01:00 09:39 pace

I think I was still feeling the effects from Thursday's run.

  15. RUN
good Jackson Park Path 7.5 km 00:35 07:30 pace

I enjoyed the puddles and mud in the pouring rain. I just wasn't sure how my feet would do going that fast on the crushed gravel when they were so wet. It turns out they just got a very good s... read more

  16. RUN
great Pub Run 10 km 01:00 09:39 pace

That was another nice run tonight. The cooler dryer air makes me feel like I'm in better shape than I probably am.

  17. RUN
great Trent and Back 14 km 01:20 09:11 pace

The weather was cool to start with but felt good once we got running. Overall, this was a good run with good company.

  18. RUN
great Pub Run 10 km 00:56 09:00 pace

That was quite a swift pace for such a hot and humid afternoon. I definitely sweated off some weight and now I need to hydrate.

  19. RUN
great Trent and Back 15 km 01:40 10:43 pace

The weather was great for this long slow run.

  20. RUN
good Kessel Loop 5 km 00:30 09:39 pace

That was a very humid Kessel Run. I did the 3.3k run in 17:20. That's 20 seconds slower than two years ago but I was doing more running then.
