      Hey Patricia, I've had a rough couple of days too, so I completely understand - lacking motivation and all... You at least got a walk in, today... To get my butt into gear, I usually logon DM and see how much everyone has worked out - it usually helps me get out the door and at least try to run... Tomorrow is a new day and you'll be back on it...

      Way to get out there! We all have those days/weeks, just don't let it go for too long. This is the girl in me, but you know what helps motivate me? New running gear. I get a new shirt or jacket or pair of shoes or even socks and I just can't wait to get out there and use 'em!
