alright 7 mile slow incline hills 7.27 mi 01:06 09:07 pace

As soon as I stepped outside and turned my mp3 player on, the low battery light came on......no juice for the run, total bummer. So this was a mental run more than anything, I prefer listening to music, but it was kind of interesting to hear peoples comments.....oh, and someone said they liked my shirt. Had I been listening to music, I wouldn't have caught that. Heh. Still sore in the same places. But I pushed through the hills which is difficult without music. I also noticed how much my knee crack while I going up hills, that's pretty embarrassing.
