Easy. does. it. Still not 100%, but the knee does feel like it's getting better. I'm keeping the pace slow, and the routes flat (flat for SF). Hopefully I'm on the path to wellness. Another gorgeous day today, in fact, I think the temp was 75-80 degrees, just perfect!
