My legs and knee felt good today (felt about 98% normal :-P) so I decided to head out on a flat, easy, short run. The muscle inside my knee felt a little sore, as I started and I felt it when I would have to stop at a light and start up again, but definitely not ouchy like Sunday. The primary object of this run was to go slow and easy, and I did just that. I enjoyed being out in the fresh air and daylight and trotted so lightly around the embarcadaro. I love this time of year, it's shorts and tee shirt running weather, mild, no wind, no rain, it's just so nice.
