I gave my knee a few days rest. The soreness was lingering on Thursday and Friday so I decided to wait until it was a little less sore before I set out on another run. I definitely feel it more going downhill, so my hill work will need to be put on hold for a little while longer. Anyhow, I took it nice an easy today. The sun was shining and things are starting to warm up around the bay area. It was a great day to be outside. I will do a LSD run tomorrow and just play things by ear.
