Left knee is still sore. Mostly feels ouchy going downhill, so......no downhill work for me for a few days. The sun was out in full force today, it's starting to look like spring, even if the weather is still a bit breezy. Lots of other runners out and about tonight, it's definitely motivating seeing everyone else chugging away mile by mile.
