Brrrrr. It's not raining, but jeez it's breezy out there. I'm noticing the days are getting longer which makes me super happy.....in fact, I believe next weekend is daylight savings, am I right? Hello sunshine!
Anyhow, tonight's run is brought to you by, oh-so-achy-legs. You too can have oh-so-achy-legs, all you need to do is, take it easy from running for a month then work back into double digit distances and throw in a steep hill or two for more achy-goodness (however, individual results may vary).
Yeah, so my right leg is pretty sore from Sunday's run, mostly around my knee and IT muscle. I felt like my gait was a little gimpy but by the second mile I started to feel less tight and stiff and began to feel more loose. A good start to the week, maybe tomorrow I'll try a LSD run and go crazy. :-)
