Finally hitting the double digits again. Yeehaw! My foot feels good, but my legs however, are sore. Oh, how one month off from longer runs and hills have spoiled me and my legs. I now have twitchy legs, my muscles have started a revolt to let me know they are out of shape.
It was a nice day to be out, a bit cool on the trail, but still shorts weather. I took it slow and easy out there except for the last 2.5 miles, where I pushed it up a notch to finish strong.


It was a great day to be out! Great run, especially with a strong finish :) Seems you'll be back to normal really soon!
