My right knee felt sore today. It was definitely due to the hill run yesterday, and since I have run any hills in about a month I guess I should expect some growing pains. I felt as though I took it much easier today, kept the run on flat ground and my breathing was controlled and easy. I just have to say, he foot is doing great, I feel like am the bionic woman with a foot of steel, it's so nice to be able to just run.
