    First outdoor run in a loooong time! Went back to 2:1 intervals. My cadence was all sorts of wonky, but by mile 2 I felt back in a running groove.

    Holy heat and humidity! I forgot how hard it is to breathe when it's so humid out! Probably not the best day to bump up my intervals to 3:1, but I made it through! :)
