      oh so awesome!! I forgot to get back to you so what did you end up with? I love riding the platte, its so peaceful unless you go on the weekend that is :) I tell you road bikes are awesome huh?!

      Susan- I went with the Scattante and it was SO FUN! I went later on the weekend and there was hardly anyone out there but it was super hot! You were right, I can see myself doing lots more of this in the future! :)

      Your looking good so far. I'm not a big fan of the heat and I need to spend more time out in it. to prepare for some of my races in the next 2 months. :(

      The Muddy Buddy is so much fun! This will be my 4th in a row! It's only 6.5 miles tho, nothing like your serious tris, Susan!

  14. within the next 2 weeks I will have run more miles (412) barefoot and vibram than with shoes! My last run with shoes was in July 2010. hooray sweet freedom.
