I have been sore since Saturday's mile race!! I had to wait to get my run in. My older two kids started school today and they usually watch Boo for me so I can run in the morning. Left around 6:15. I just took it easy and slow so I could finally get my long run in. Kept my watch going as I stopped at my driveway to grab a gel and a few sips of water between miles 5 & 6. I was feeling so good up to mile 8 when my stomach said STOP NOW!!!...or else!! Scooted home and am still dealing with cramping...ugh. Darn. No DD run today. I'll take this one and keep on plugging through the week. Oh well...I know things will get easier next Tuesday...Boo starts school :) The later I run the worse I feel...come on Tuesday!!!!!


Oh shoot...sorry it was a toughie! Good effort nonetheless and great attitude...keep on plugging!
