The entire run felt great. No tummy issues...just took it slow to keep in control of breathing and form. HR stayed easy and I felt like I could have done my long run today but didn't have time to continue...had to pick Meg up. So it's on for tomorrow...just trying to go with the flow~

@Freddie...the Rock and Roll half is Sept 2nd...don't think I'll PR this one...just be glad to finish. Hoping to be able to run a full mary in Nov...but training has been difficult.

@Les...I hope to but I am waiting to see how training goes. It's been really tough so far but when the kids start school things should get easier...I'm waiting to sign up. Fingers crossed!! My plan was to run the full and also the 30k at FLSP along with the distance series...might turn out to be too much.
