VERY humid & overcast, but not too hot. Just chugged along. Left my water and fuel at home...thought I'd just get 5 in. Migraine again this morning...it's gone for now. Feeling behind on training and not ready for R&R next month. I have a lot of work to do! The training runs will be easier once school starts back up :)
