    First run in many moons. Went fine, felt a bit out of breath--naturally--a few kinks--naturally.

    I had a little more pep today than yesterday. Took the car in to the shop and ran home the "long way"--expecting about a six-mile run, but it turned into a 9.5. But that was OK, too.

    Nice trail run with the gals. Ran 7.5 with LaRene, Julianne, and Ana; then I struck back out for another 4.5 mile loop. Lovely day, nice hills.
