    Another Pb today in belting temperatures so am really pleased with this - 26 minutes 57 seconds. Needing the loo on the way round clearly made me run faster!! :)

    Struggled with the heat again, am clearly a winter runner! Had to walk a couple of times, cos started off too fast - find running on me lonesome a lot harder! Still did 4 which was my aim!
