For my Mum 4.46 km 00:44 15:50 pace

As I mentioned yesterday my Mum died 8 yrs ago, it was very sudden & totally unexpected. I felt very sad all day yesterday so decided to do something positive today to honour her memory & lift my mood. Running was the perfect remedy & gave me the time & head space to remember the happy times. Also saw four beautiful and totally magnificent Kingfishers, stood & watched them for ages. Took lots of walk breaks so Wallace didn't get too hot & plenty of stops for her to cool off in the various billabongs. It was really lovely.

Somehow running is indeed a great way to get out there "with" people who are no longer with us. IMO the best way. Great run !
