I am a nationally certified & NY registered Athletic Trainer w:: MS in Biomechanics. Long distance running is my true first love but I'm an avid cyclist and triathlete as well. I've run over 20 marathons, 2 50k's, 4 Ironman, And 15 1::2 Ironman. vff runner
