wow, my arms were definitely feeling Tuesday's swim. That's what I get for taking several months off. No harm done though, plenty of time to be ready for upcoming tri-season.

I thought my arms were feeling after tuesday's swim and during this one, they are totally shot right now. last night my legs were feeling dead on the bike. the 2 combined mean I'm done for the day. skipping run & bike.


Great start to the day. Hoping to start swimming soon, would really like to give this Triathlon thing a go.
