So I'm back to week 2 day 1, went better than last week, but my knee was acting up. My Nike+ sensor still doesn't work, this is really annoying. Need to have a word with Nike.

Strength Training session that included 20 minutes Dumbbells workout and 15 minutes Core workout. Exhausting stuff! I'm very glad is over.

I'm way too tired to go for a run this morning... might go this afternoon.

I miss my Nike+ system, the sensor stopped working, running it's just not the same without it.

I just came back from my run and it was hell could only manage 1.49 miles. I'm tired and in pain!
