    So I'm back to week 2 day 1, went better than last week, but my knee was acting up. My Nike+ sensor still doesn't work, this is really annoying. Need to have a word with Nike.

    Strength Training session that included 20 minutes Dumbbells workout and 15 minutes Core workout. Exhausting stuff! I'm very glad is over.

  10. I miss my Nike+ system, the sensor stopped working, running it's just not the same without it.

  11. I just came back from my run and it was hell could only manage 1.49 miles. I'm tired and in pain!
