Body Glide? never heard of it. BOTH heels are blistered. UGH. Just when I was getting motivated to walk again. I WILL walk again - just with band-aids tomorrow. Want to do a 5k run/walk at the end of April and not be huffing and puffing. ;-)

You've got plenty of time for then, just keep doing what you're doing. You can also find a C25K (couch to 5k) program, there are even apps for it for your phone
