    Final leg of Ragnar Relay .. passed 2 teams, did not get passed. Almost passed two more at the end just ran out of miles. HOT! & Humid!!

    2nd leg of Ragnar Relay... passed 6 teams, got passed once. Felt awesome the first 5.5 miles struggled a bit in the last two. Incredibly humid, hot and pitch black dark out.

    Ran with Kori & Jamie - cut a little short due to homeless/shady looking dude under the bridge. Had a hard time keeping up today. Legs felt good. Lungs a little tight.

    Sadly it did not go as planned. It was raining on and off, windy and then horribly hot & humid. I just could not keep it together. Sad it didn't go as planned but I am going to keep trying.

      The fact that you crossed that finish line speaks volumes about your will and perseverance. You have the medal to prove you were unstoppable in spite of the temperamental weather. Chalk this race up to being a test of your spirit. The next one will be your battle against the clock.

      My first did not go as planned either. I learned some lessons and gained experience. Those things will certainly help for the next. I am sorry for your trouble, but happy that you are not giving up! You rock!

    Feet to Feast 15k - first 3 miles were hell... but after that i felt pretty good. Didn't push the pace ... but am now feeling much more confident about Sunday's marathon!
