good Baltimore half marathon 13.1 mi 02:32 11:35 pace

This was the hardest half I've ever done, and I wasn't as fully trained as I should have been, but I still had a good race considering both those factors. Not a pr but I don't feel l... read more

Yay! Great job Lisa! Those hills were killer. Definitely had to walk a couple. I feel your calf pain. Mine started to cramp and tighten at mile 8. But congratulations for sure!

    blah OBX tri swim 1500 m 00:46 49:20 pace

alright OBX tri run 6.2 mi 01:11 11:24 pace

This time includes a 4min stop in a porta-potty, so running time wasn't as bad as it seems but overall I felt great while running but just wished I didn't have to stop.

  5. VELO
alright commute to and from work 15.56 mi 01:08 13.7mph pace

I have felt very tired since the race on Sunday (my brain didn't really work at work yesterday!) but I thought that a ride into work and home would help. Every small hill seemed like a mountai... read more

  6. RUN
    great Nation's tri run 6.2 mi 01:07 10:44 pace

This capped off the PR that I got today. I didn't feel great through the whole run but I have been not "feeling" training, and this PR today has totally changed that. I was really dr... read more

  7. VELO
    great Nation's tri bike 24.8 mi 01:29 16.6mph pace

Great ride, took a couple minutes off my previous Nation's tri time.

  8. swim
    great Nation's tri swim 1500 m 00:40 43:18 pace

I went into this race thinking I was going to breaststroke the entire swim, and I did. I tried to freestyle about 100m but I zig-zagged so much it's not worth the effort. Plus my breaststroke ... read more
