    Its going good! Body is sore but I love that......to me it means it's working. May even still hit the gym later.... we'll see

    It was good.... a little harder than yesterday. My body is already starting to feel the burn. I am def going to enjoy this if I can make it to day 30. lol

    went about 1.5 mi in distance but was about 63 floors.. realizing how out of shape i got. Running is about to start today I hope. oye this is going to take some time. I see it now

    it would have been fine if I was not trying to run w a lower heart rate. It was great to get outside for the first time. felt good though

    it was great to get a workout in but after 2 days off it was a tough one to finish, my legs were getting a little tired. but it was a great end to my workout night :o)
