      Yeah I was gonna do all the non cardio stuff, ab ripper x and yoga on my off days from running. The leg workout is great.

      Good luck with the yoga. The one and only time I did it I quit half way through because it was just too slow and boring for me. I'm planning to do start with the core workout tomorrow morning, so I better get to bed.
