tried to run but muggsy is pretty much the worst running buddy ever...she sprints then stops, so eventually we just met in the middle and jogged/walked...she seems to be getting better though, maybe because she just turned four! growin up! anyway, it was nice to get outside on this lovely day (even with the heat!) and my knee didn't act up too much!
