    felt good to get back at it. I have been so busy packing to move I let my fitness journey go. Gotta get back on track.

  2. did some weight training on my upper body and squats today. feeling great. gotta get back in the groove. Been hard with moving to keep a routine.

    first walk.... didn't make it the full 4 miles. got a good workout...sweat, heart rate up, etc. :)
