      Don't worry you got it done anyways. some people can't say "i ran 20 miles today" or even better "I ran a marathon today " and you will say this again next month.

    good Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve 14 mi

    Ran a diffrent trail today it was so hilly, but challenging. Had a good run, the weather was perfect and best of all glad I had my friend Rosemarie versus running solo.

    So hot outside, but its done. Should of ran more miles but oh well, maybe tomorrow.

    Running in the rain was great, also so glad to have my friend Rosemarie to run with, because running 18 miles solo would of been a drag. Last 3 miles were tough, but pushed through it.

    Had fun running the first 3-1/2 miles with my hubby, than had to leave him, ran the rest solo but enjoyed the scenery downtown.
