As usual, this was a tough run. I definitely made the right call to not do the Mt Hood 50 - my hamstring complained on every uphill. But I felt good on the downs & flats. We should have combined forces - my knee hurt only on the downs and was fine on the ups. Great to hang out with you. Nice work!
