    Highest resistance on trainer ... in saddle drive pedal down as hard as possible for 20 reps ... repeat 10 times every 3-5 minutes. Fun drill. It's helped me on the roads!

    Tempo intervals up and down Old Washington Ave. 4 x 6 in HR zone 3 with 2 minute recoveries. Ride to Ashland and hot cider at Ashland Coffee & Tea :-) Easy ride home.
