    1x400,1x800,1x1200,1x800,1x400 with a mile warm up and a lap cool down. I stayed within the pace I should have been for each one, just can't remember what they were..haha!

    had to get a run in before we ate. Ran the dirt roads around my grandmas farm with the hubby and got chased by a few dogs😳 hilly dirt roads, for a girl who loves hills, it was all I could take!

    Holy heat and humidity! It was so hot, even at 7am. Good training for OKC. Felt good until mile 19, then starting cramping but I finished!
