Happy Official First Day of Summer!!!!! You have to love it when you can see the curtain of humidity as the sun rises. Today was a sucky run day, in part because of the humidity but more so because of my lack of self control and that fact that yesterday was a bad food day. I had an unscheduled lunch with a colleague, then found pizza in the office kitchen. It was a veritable crap fest all day and a lot of it. Today won't be any better food wise, I planned the 4th of July buffet menu for a group that I organize. Tomorrow I am cracking down! I am doing my post run reverse bench crunches (even if I forget to write them down).

    sometimes a crap food day happens. i couldn't bring myself to turn the stove on yesterday so thepat and i had pizza too...sigh... great run to burn all of it off though!! :)

    I had a bad food day yesterday so was glad I had an easy run planned today. Nice job still getting the miles done - occasional bad food days are no problem at all with all the training you do.
