Yoga and foam roller 00:45
Bla. Swelling is worse even though pain is mostly gone. Lymph nodes the size of golf balls. Blood tests tomorrow. I guess I won't make the 10k race in the evening.

Get well soon Mili-If this is the race i think it is, Some of my club mates done it last year and i think it was something like you had to pay something like £28 for a chip or for each k run, So a lot of them ran it without buying a chip and did not get a time-Although it may not be the same event.

I'm so sorry to hear that, Mili! From your last post, I assumed you were set up for a speedy recovery. I guess you should really insist on having the cause of the infection identified, so that your doc can adapt the treatment and fight the condition more effectively. Best wishes and get well soon! :)

Hang in there, Mili! :) It's good that the exam stress is over. Now that you can relax, your immune system will get a boost and before you know it, you'll be up to par again. The antibiotics should speed up the process even further. In any case, you'll be able to fend off similar infections in the future. :)

Nice morning workout Mili. I haven't done yoga in a while and as a result now have a weak core. Yoga definitely makes a massive difference and I really need to get back on it.

Absolutely physically and mentally exhausted from exam week. Saw the doc today because my neck is very swollen. Something wrong with lymph glands. Google says cancer, obviously, doc says no idea, I... read more

Yeah I am sure it's a combination of exhaustion, an unresolved jaw infection and perhaps a slightly overworked CNS. I'm sure if it was anything bad, I'd be feeling a lot more sick than this - post exam blues ain't really an illness. Still, might call the doc back on Monday if it's any worse. (oh yeah, and when your neck changes shape within the space of a day, that seems unlikely to be a tumour!)

Keep your head up, Mili! You've taken all the right steps towards recovery, now you just have to let the doctors do their part in devising an effective treatment. And please don't feel bad about having to temporarily cut down on activity. Because one thing is certain: Soon you'll beat this disease and will be able to amaze us all again with your awesome workouts. I'm looking forward to that day and so should you! Best wishes! :)
