    injured Out and back to Cedar Ave. 3 mi

    Had to walk most it due to increasing knee pain. Feels like Runner's Knee and I am so frustrated.

    I was scheduled to do 8 but stopped after 6. Just didn't have those last two in me today.

    OW. The idea of doing an additional 10+ miles seems utterly impossible. Everyone tells me it's normal to feel this way, but regardless, sheer terror has officially set in.

      Just stepped outside to let the dog out and all I can say is yesterday's got NOTHING on today in terms of humidity. It's gonna be brutal. Couldn't be happier that today is a rest day!

    This one was a bit rough. Piriformis and ham string on right side continue to get pissed the last few miles. Met Amanda for the last 4 miles which was a great distraction.

    great Home to Lake Harriet and back 3 mi

    Nice cool temps, felt almost speedy (for me). Good to be home on familiar routes! Had Reformer session later in the morning, felt great.

    Vacation Running- Tomah, WI. 13 mi

    Saw ALL of Tomah, dodging horse poop the whole time (Amish country). Piriformis really bugging me towards the end. Somehow managing to get slower with time. Awesome.

    Really hot and humid but the scenery was gorgeous on the trail.

    I really need to find someone else training for TCM now that the miles are getting up there. Twelve miles alone is pretty boring and it's only going to get worse.
