Just stepped outside to let the dog out and all I can say is yesterday's got NOTHING on today in terms of humidity. It's gonna be brutal. Couldn't be happier that today is a rest day!

This one was a bit rough. Piriformis and ham string on right side continue to get pissed the last few miles. Met Amanda for the last 4 miles which was a great distraction.

great Home to Lake Harriet and back 3 mi
Nice cool temps, felt almost speedy (for me). Good to be home on familiar routes! Had Reformer session later in the morning, felt great.

Vacation Running- Tomah, WI. 13 mi
Saw ALL of Tomah, dodging horse poop the whole time (Amish country). Piriformis really bugging me towards the end. Somehow managing to get slower with time. Awesome.
