I struggled much more with this run than the same length run last week. I really didn't feel like going, but dragged my butt out the door anyway. 35 minute warm-up, then I did 2 x (10 min steady, 2 min easy, 10 min tempo, 2 min easy). Then cool-down back home. I really had trouble with the steady/tempo parts and couldn't wait for them to be done. Was stunned at my average time because I was sure my cool-down would slow me down.
