This was a 25 minute warm-up, then 4 x 400 (300 steady, 100 easy), then 2 x 800 (600 steady, 200 easy). Coach kept telling me to bring myself more upright, but I really felt like I was as straight as I could be. Even felt like I was leaning backwards a bit. Maybe need to fit in some core work :S
